Of course, our general data protection provisions, based on the current legal provisions, also apply to the companies with which we currently work or will work in the future and the contact persons there.

In addition, we attach great importance to the careful handling of our applicants’ data. As part of our activities in temporary employment and personnel consulting, we provide our client companies with their personal data as required. We therefore draw the companies’ attention to the particular sensitivity of the data and also ask them to handle it correctly.

You are using an electronic system for applicant registration and management, which enables us to offer you suitable professional tasks in a targeted manner. We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Adaptation and Implementation Act EU (DS Anpassungs UG EU). The following information is intended to provide you with an overview of the processing of your personal data by us and your rights under data protection law. Which data is processed in detail and how it is used depends largely on the services requested or agreed. Therefore, not all parts of this information will apply to you.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general legislation. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this.
